Our jewelry artists employ an inspection process to ensure your jewelry is properly welded before you exit your appointment. If your Permanent Jewelry breaks AT THE WELD spot within 48 hours, then we will re-weld at no charge.
We cannot offer replacements or refunds or discounts to replace lost chains, due to the personal nature of the wearer’s lifestyle, job and other external factors that are out of our control.
With parental consent and accompaniment, we will weld anyone under the age of 14. Anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. All young people are responsible for the jewelry once it's on their body, please see above terms for lost jewelry.
